Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Deine Kund*innen im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Kund*innen, Kreation, den internen Produktionsteams und Freelancern.
Du bist verantwortlich für die effektive Umsetzung von Projekten, koordinierst Projekte von der Pitch-Phase, über die Produktions-Planung bis zur Umsetzung und hast alle Entwicklungen auf Deinen Kund*innen im Blick.
Gemeinsam mit den Produktionsteams sorgst Du dafür, dass alle Projektziele erreicht, Deadlines eingehalten werden und Budget und Arbeitsaufwand im Einklang bleiben.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Director erstellst Du wöchentliche Status Updates, koordinierst das Kreativteam und verantwortest das Projekttiming bis zur Auslieferung.
Du bist zuständig für alle Kostenaufstellungen, Abrechnungen und die Erfassung von externen Kosten auf Deinem Projekt. Zusätzlich überblickst Du das Time-Reporting aller Beteiligten.
Du unterstützt Dein Team, wenn es um Kapazitätenplanung und Buchungen von Freelancern geht.

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt-/Account-Management in einer Kommunikations-Agentur oder einem ähnlichen kreativen, vielschichtigen Umfeld. PM-Zertifikate sind ein Plus, ebenso wie Deine Expertise mit Kunden im Bereich Food & Beverage, Beauty oder Technik.
Mit Deiner professionellen Erfahrung im Projekt-Management und der Koordination von Teams verstehst Du Dich immer auch als Teamplayer. Je mehr Fäden Du in der Hand halten darfst, desto besser.
Erfahrung in der Video-Produktion sind ein großes Plus!
Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch und hast Freude daran, Kund*innen in stressigen Zeiten zur Seite zu stehen, sie zu beraten und zu überzeugen.
Du bist sehr strukturiert, detailorientiert und behältst auch in Crunch-Zeiten den Überblick. Deine Flexibilität ermöglicht es Dir, mehrere Themen im Blick zu halten und Dich auf unterschiedliche Projekte und Kundenanforderungen einzustellen.

Über uns

The Marmalade ist das Visual Advertising Studio in Hamburg. Ein Team aus über 60 Kreativen und Technikbegeisterten entwickelt high-end Visuals für Marken weltweit. Bei The Marmalade ist alles unter einem Dach vereint: von der Entwicklung von visuellen Marken-Kampagnen, über Live-Action- und Tabletop-Drehs in unseren drei Film-Studios, der Umsetzung von high-end vfx bis hin zu eigenen Musikkompositionen und professioneller Vertonung. Your tasks

You are the main point of contact for your clients in day-to-day business, ensuring smooth communication between clients, creatives, internal production teams, and freelancers.
You are responsible for the effective execution of projects, managing them from the pitch phase through production planning to final delivery, always keeping an eye on developments for your clients.
Together with the production teams, you ensure that all project goals are met, deadlines are respected, and budgets align with workloads.
In close collaboration with the Account Director, you prepare weekly status updates, coordinate the creative team, and oversee project timelines until completion.
You handle all cost calculations, invoicing, and tracking of external expenses for your projects. Additionally, you monitor time reporting for all team members involved.
You support your team in capacity planning and freelancer bookings as needed.

You should bring

3+ years of professional experience in project/account management within a communications agency or a similarly creative, multifaceted environment. Project management certifications are a plus, as is expertise with clients in the food & beverage, beauty, or tech sectors.
With your professional project management experience and team coordination skills, you see yourself as a team player. The more moving parts you are in charge of, the better.
Experience in video production is a big advantage!
You have strong communication skills in both German and English and enjoy supporting, advising, and convincing clients, even in stressful situations.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can maintain an overview even during crunch times. Your flexibility allows you to manage multiple topics simultaneously and adapt to different projects and client requirements.
