Reinigungskraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25-30 Stunden) gesucht

Wir sind The Marmalade Studios - ein Team aus etwa 60 Menschen aus allen möglichen Bereichen - und dem einen oder anderen Bürohund.
Dein Arbeitsplatz liegt im Zentrum unseres Büros: dem Empfangsbereich mit Konferenzräumen, Aufenthaltsbereich, Küche und Kaffee-Ecke. Wir setzen auf Eigenverantwortung – jeder sorgt dafür, die Räume ordentlich zu hinterlassen. Falls doch etwas liegen bleibt, behältst du das im Blick und kümmerst dich um Ordnung. Besonders in der Mittagszeit von 12:00 bis 14:30 Uhr ist in der Küche viel los. Hier sorgst du für eine angenehme und saubere Atmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen können.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

Küchenbereich: sauber und ordentlich halten (z.B. Spülmaschine ausräumen, Oberflächen abwischen, etc.)
Kaffeeküche: Kaffee nachkochen und den Kaffeebereich pflegen (z.B. Baristamaschine reinigen, Getränkekühlschrank und Kaffeemühle auffüllen)
Einkäufe verräumen und Obst für das Team bereitstellen
Konferenzräume sauber halten, Getränke auffüllen und für Ordnung sorgen
allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten in den Büroräumen, WCs, im Empfangsbereich, ...

Du sprichst: entweder Deutsch - oder Englisch und Türkisch

Your tasks

Are you looking for a secure job with fixed working hours (25 - 30 hours per week) in a very friendly team? Then join us – we’d love to have you!

We are The Marmalade Studios – a team of around 60 people from all kinds of backgrounds, as well as a few office dogs.
Your workplace will be at the heart of our office: the reception area with conference rooms, a lounge area, kitchen, and coffee corner. We believe in shared responsibility—everyone contributes to keeping our spaces neat and organized. However, if something is out of place, you take note and ensure it’s put back in order. The kitchen is especially busy during lunchtime (12:00 to 14:30), and you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable.

These will be your tasks:

Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy (e.g. emptying the dishwasher, wiping surfaces, etc.)
Maintain the coffee area: brewing fresh coffee and keeping the space clean (e.g. cleaning the barista machine, restocking the drink fridge and coffee grinder)
Store away groceries and provide fresh fruit for the team
Keep conference rooms clean, restock drinks, and maintain order
General cleaning duties in the office spaces, restrooms, reception area, etc.

You should bring

A friendly attitude, helpfulness, and reliability
A keen eye for cleanliness and an independent working style
You speak: either German - or English and Turkish
